Spanish Lookout, Belize

Horizon's services were crucial to the discovery and evaluation of oil in Belize in June, 2005.

After 50 noncommercial wells in about 50 years of failed efforts, Belize finally has oil production. Belize is another place where Horizon has proven we can make a difference.

Belize Natural Energy is producing thousands of barrels per day of light sweet crude from the Spanish Lookout Field.

Horizon has provided wellsite geologists, a mudlogging team, rig instrumentation, H2S safety equipment and training, satellite communications systems, and online data access throughout Belize Natural Energy's drilling and production operations.
